PROJECT AND CHANGES MANAGER
INDUSTRY: BANKING
HR World on behalf of our reputable client we’re looking for a Project and Changes Manager responsible to plan and execute projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Act as a bridge between specific business units and IT, maximizing the value provided by systems to that particular business unit
• Work with business to lead and identify ways in which IT services can benefit the business and define detailed requirement in terms of functionality and performance.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to project team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis and maintain understanding of business processes and their IT needs.
• Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
• Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
• Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.
  
  

REQUIREMENT;

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or ICT related Discipline; an MBA\PMP is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years Project Management experience on Financial Services or ICT solution provider
• Knowledge of business modelling conventions and/or a mainstream software development framework (e.g. AGILE, CMMI) are an advantage.
