QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR
INDUSTRY: CONSTRUCTION
LOCATION: PWANI
HR World on behalf of our reputable client we are looking for a Quality Control Supervisor to be in charge of the laboratory. Playing a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products

RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Managing and leading the laboratory team, conducting rigorous quality tests, and implementing quality control processes to meet industry standards and exceed customer expectations.
• Monitoring quality standards and making adjustments to improve performance
• Reviewing data from compliance audits to ensure that all regulations are being met
• Participating in meetings with senior management to discuss issues or concerns about processes or products
• Conducting investigations to determine the causes of defects or other problems with products or processes
• Maintaining documentation of quality control processes and results
• Conducting regular inspections of manufacturing facilities to identify potential hazards or problems
• Developing methods for measuring product quality and ensuring that it meets specifications
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS;

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Materials Science, Chemistry, Engineering).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in quality control and laboratory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with specific knowledge of HDPE pipes or similar products.
• Proficiency in laboratory testing methods and equipment.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 4427 or similar) is a plus.
