Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team! The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a warm and courteous manner

  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence

  • Handle front desk operations efficiently

  • Support daily administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

  • Well-organized and presentable.
