Relationship Officer

Job Overview

Responsible for managing and growing relationships with individual customers and small businesses to provide a wide range of retail banking products and services. The role focuses on client acquisition, retention and satisfaction while ensuring cross-selling of various banking products such as current accounts, savings accounts, loans, and other investment solutions. The officer plays a critical role in driving customer engagement, loyalty and overall growth of the bank’s portfolio.

Education

Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or relevant field.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail banking, consumer lending or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of credit products, loan application processes and credit risk evaluations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to details, analytical thinking and decision-making ability.
