M/S Meru Agro-Tours & Consultants Co. Ltd (MATCC) is a dynamic local private company based in Arusha, specializing in the agricultural inputs business. We are dedicated to the multiplication and distribution of high-quality agro seeds, the importation and distribution of agrochemicals, and providing expert technical advisory services on farm input use and management. Furthermore, we actively engage in agricultural research in collaboration with national, regional, and international research institutes.

In our continuous effort to implement our business development strategies, we are seeking self-driven and motivated candidates to fill the following vacancies:

Sales Officers (7 Posts)

Locations: Mbeya, Songea, Makambako, Bariadi, Kasulu & Dodoma

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales trips and consistently meet sales targets as outlined in company plans.
• Secure sales deals and cultivate strong, lasting relationships with customers.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly sales progress reports.

Minimum Qualifications/Job Specification:

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a sales person cum driver in a reputable company.
• Possession of a Form Four Certificate. A Certificate/Diploma in Agriculture will be considered an added advantage.
• Proven experience driving light trucks and a valid driving license class ”E” or ”D” is a mandatory requirement.
