Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and motivated Sales Officers to join our team at Karafu Enterprises Limited.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform annual stock handling in the supermarket.
• Receive goods and display them properly on the shelves.
• Ensure the cleanliness of shelves.
• Provide excellent customer service, including guiding customers on product usage within the supermarket.
• Check the expiry date, quality, and quantity of goods.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing (essential).
• Full understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Sound knowledge of sales strategies and the retail business.
• Positive attitude towards customers.

Working Hours:

Monday – Sunday, 08:30 AM to 08:00 PM, with one day off per week.
