Sales Team Leader

Wananchi Cable Tanzania Limited (WCTL) is part of the Wananchi Group and one of East Africa's leading broadband Internet service providers. 

We are looking for a Sales Team Leader Fiber (Arusha) who will work independently to make new sales. He/she will be reporting to Head Of Sales Zuku Fiber TZ. 

Key Roles: 

• Prepare plans and viable strategies for the achievement of set budget sales targets. 
• Monitor the performance of the team assigned and ensure market penetration growth 
• Retaining existing clients to develop repeat business relationships and maximize revenue M1-M3 decay targets 
• Collect, analyze and communicate plans for market & competitor intelligence for business improvement To lead, develop, continuously train and motivate the sales team to ensure professional service deliverance & presentation 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing or Business Administration 
• Prior Experience in Sales team leadership role for at least 2 years. is an added advantage 
• Customer Life cycle management 
• CS certification
