Senior HR Officer

Al Muntazir School is an Islamic International Day School providing quality education to students from a variety of multicultural backgrounds. The spectrum of education covered includes Nursery School, Primary School, Special Education Needs and Secondary School. All Campuses are located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Network and systems Administrator to support our operations.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in HR
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in HR systems & MS Office
