Senior Quality Assurance

SENIOR QUALITY ASSURANCE
INDUSTRY–MANUFACTURING;
HR World on behalf of our reputable client we are looking for Senior Quality Assurance who will be responsible for quality assurance activities and ensure quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Ensure quality control activities are performed in a safe way
• Schedule and co-ordinate all aspect of quality operations, such as test plans, reports and quality criteria to ensure that quality standards are met.
• Implement all necessary policies and procedures to ensure that quality equipment is effectively maintained to ensure maximum quality standards.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term plans to ensure that the factory has the necessary quality resources to meet business quality objectives.
• Report any fault device and equipment on time to avoid extension of down time
• Supervise the quality team to make proper products inspection and classification
• Make sure we are complying with TBS standards
• Ensure incoming materials and customer complaints inspection done and report documented timely physically and in SAP
• Conduct materials quality survey in storage location physically and in SAP
• Ensure weight variance verification done physical and in SAP
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS;

• Bachelor Degree in Chemical and Processes, Laboratory Science, Mineral, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or Metallurgy with 6 years of experience
• Registered with ERB
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively across teams internally and externally
