Basic Job Functions

Maintaining compliance with policy requirements for all forms created in the system
Responding to customers' queries at the branch
Making sure that loans are accurately created in the system and the loan officer is informed of all pending issues
Ensure office functions are carried out smoothly and efficiently

 
Description of the minimum knowledge, skill, competency, and experience needed

At least an Ordinary Diploma in any business-related field
Two years of working experience
Proficiency in computer applications.
Good problem analysis and solving skills
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

 
Other Attributes

Excellent knowledge in Customer relationship Management
Proficiency in computer applications.
Good problem analysis and solving skills
Ability to coach, lead and manage a team
Possess analytical, Good communication, and reporting skills
