Job Purpose
To lead and champion the company’s sales agenda to efficiently win in the market and develop an effective route to market that will ensure availability into as many retail/neighborhood stores as possible. He/she will work with the head of sales and marketing to execute all marketing activities on the group, create a customer base and ensure that the company have a good customer apport on the 80/20 rule of thumb
Job Qualification / Experience
Bachelors degree in sales, marketing, business admin, economics, finance, IT or Law
A Master’s degree is an added advantage
3+ years of experience in sales and marketing role of business development role
Solid account management and customer service experience
Trade marketing and sales management experience is essential
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Knowledge of online e-marketing and advertising
Verbal and written English and Swahili and ability to prepare and present relatively complex situations
Excellent selling skills, including closing ability, strong negotiation and similar
Ability to plan the work program and identify critical objectives and issues for the on and off-season
Quality control and troubleshooting skills
