We seek a results-driven Branch Manager to lead branch performance, drive business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure operational and regulatory excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Drive branch business growth, sales, cross-selling and customer acquisition.
Lead the branch team to achieve business and performance targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Drive customer retention and deliver exceptional customer experience.
Manage the branch's liability portfolio and promote low-cost deposits.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, KYC requirements and internal policies.
Identify and mitigate branch risks while driving timely resolution of audit and risk findings.
Coach, mentor and develop branch staff to improve performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience at Branch Manager level.
Strong leadership, business development and sales skills.
Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of banking operations, compliance and risk management.
