BRANCH MANAGER - KAHAMA (BANKING INDUSTRY)
HR World Limited on behalf of our client in Banking Industry we are looking for a Branch Manager to grow company’s market share by identifying new markets and creating unique customer products / services intimacy experiences
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Banking or Business Admin
5+ years working under the bank and atleast 3 years working on same position /managerial position.
Have Strong leadership, mentorship&coaching skills.
Strong communication&presentation skills
Knowledge of Bank risks&their mitigation
Have knowledge of AML&KYC policy guidelines
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for business development&marketing activities for overall business growth (On deposit, alternative banking channels&quality loan portfolio).
Assessing key markets&business opportunities for bank’s products&services.
Formulating&implementing business development strategies&marketing plans.
Intelligence gathering on customers, competitors&market trends through research
Grow the number of accounts, carded customer, agents and merchants.
Managing and monitoring branch budget.
Monitoring the existing business portfolio and new accounts performance.
