Branch Quality Assurance
Key Responsibilities
Monitor branch operations to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Conduct branch quality assurance reviews, inspections, and operational audits.
Identify operational gaps, risks, and control weaknesses and recommend corrective actions.
Assess compliance with customer service standards and operational procedures.
Prepare quality assurance reports and follow up on implementation of recommendations.
Promote continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and risk management.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant experience in quality assurance, internal controls, banking operations, risk, or compliance.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of banking procedures, regulatory requirements, and risk management.
High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work independently.
