Job Description: Duties and Responsibilities
Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls: Manage customer enquiries, resolve issues and provide information about the company’s products and services.
Customer Support: Assist customers with their concerns, troubleshoot problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
Data Entry and Documentation: Record accurate customer information in databases and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Customer Follow-Up: Follow up on customer enquiries that cannot be resolved immediately and ensure timely resolution.
Adherence to Procedures: Follow company scripts, guidelines and established protocols to ensure consistent service delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Previous experience working in a call centre or customer support role.
Strong active-listening and verbal communication skills.
Good problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Fluency in both English and Kiswahili, including spoken and written communication.
