Overview
We are looking for a committed Collections Manager that will drive our collections department with new strategies, account management, target oriented to handle our Debt Collection unit.
Key Responsibility
Supervise collections department to ensure daily/weekly and monthly targets are met
Attend meetings with clients and Management to discuss on the progress of their collections and Conducts regular and daily collections meetings within the department
Preparing and sending of daily/weekly and monthly reports to clients.
Qualifications
An applicant should have a degree in Business Management or any other related field.
An applicant should have Strong communication & Negotiation skills, and Excellent Reporting skills
Experience
At least two years of experience in related field
