Commercial Export ManagerJoin the Winning Team at Mega Beverages Limited!Mega Beverages Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Export Manager to drive our export sales growth and implement strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:Manage MBL's export sales growth and implementation of strategic goals.Identify new business opportunities by tapping potential customers from different countries, specifically in Kenya, Rwanda, and Zambia.Plan, design, develop, and implement different sales activities by researching customer, trade, and consumer needs and requirements.Retain existing clients and recruit new customers.Ensure all sales and marketing activities are carried out within agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within given time scales.Take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to solve any issues that slow down or hamper export procedures and activities.Deliver volume, NSV, and profit plan for MBL across all assigned products.Manage A&P & T&E budgets to ensure positive ROI on investments is achieved and avoid spending past approved budgets.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.Distributor Account Management experience.Sales and Marketing Experience in FMCG and Export is preferred.Strong negotiation skills.Proven track record of opening new markets and securing foreign distributors.Ability to analyze global consumer trends, competitor landscapes, and economic shifts.How to Apply:Applicants are invited to submit their CVs via email to jobs@megabeverages.net.
