Qualification Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Operations, IT, Telecoms or a related field.
MBA/Master's degree is an added advantage.
Relevant professional certifications in Operations, Project Management, Finance or Business Analytics are an advantage.
10-15+ years' experience, including 5+ years in senior management.
Experience in fintech, mobile money, telecoms, banking or large-scale distribution, preferably in Tanzania/East Africa.

Technical Skills:

Operations and agent network management
Mobile money, float/liquidity and transaction management
Business development and market-share growth
P&L, budgeting and commercial performance
KPI, data and performance analytics
Customer experience and service-level management
Strategic partnerships and stakeholder management
