Position Overview
This position is based in Dar Es Salaam.
Role Purpose
To oversee budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and management reporting processes to support informed strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis reports.
Monitor cost performance and recommend efficiency improvements.
Support financial modeling and strategic initiatives.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data and reports.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) is mandatory.
Minimum 6-8 years of experience in management accounting or financial analysis, preferably within a banking environment.
Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
