FINANCE OFFICER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage day-to-day financial transactions and record keeping
Coordinate financial reporting and consolidation across the Group and subsidiaries
Review subsidiary financial statements, reconciliations and intercompany variances
Monitor budgets, cash flows and financial performance across business units
Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, audit and Group financial-control requirements
Support subsidiary finance teams and escalate significant financial risks to the Group CFO
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
CPA / ACCA or equivalent preferred
Minimum 3 years' experience in finance or accounting
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliation
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
Experience in multi-sector or group operations is an advantage
