About the Role
The Financial Reporting Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing financial performance, preparing comprehensive reports, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis: Analyze financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management accounts on OneStream.
Compliance and Internal Controls: Ensure financial reporting complies with IFRS, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Audit Support: Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
Systems and Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred or in progress.
2-5 years of experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, or general accounting.
Experience preparing financial statements and management reports.
Experience using ERP systems such as Onestream, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
