JOB DETAILS:
Currently, NCU (1984) LTD is carrying out a major social-economic transformation and modernization of its services to member Primary Cooperative Societies. Therefore, needs to invite applications from suitable and qualified candidates to fill the following senior posts below:
GENERAL MANAGER
Qualification and Experience:
A holder of Masters’ Degree or equivalent basic in Economics, Commerce or Business Administration.
Must have worked for at least 10 years in a big Organization or Cooperative Union holding a managerial position.
Computer literate and Writing/fluency in Kiswahili or English language.
Age limit 40-50 years
Duties and Responsibilities
Chief Executive Officer of the Union, hence reporting to the Management Board.
Secretary to the Management Board of the Union.
Convening all Board Meetings of the Union as per Cooperative Legislations.
Furtherance of the objectives of the Union towards its achievements.
Ensuring preparation of Progress Reports and periodic Financial Statements and submitting them to the Board.
Signing Contracts and Agreements on behalf of the Union.
Ensuring preparation of Annual Accounts and Balance Sheet for submission to the Board and Auditors.
Establishing a positive and conducive working network with other Institutions.
SALARY
As per NCU(1984JLTD Salary Scales.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
