New Vacancy: Head of Region - 2 Positions (Dar North and Zanzibar)

Job Summary:
We are looking for two Heads of Region, one for Dar North and one for Zanzibar. This role involves identifying and capitalizing on regional opportunities, driving sales, and managing teams to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identifying and converting region-level opportunities into sales.
Supporting key actions from the Engine Room and animating the Engine Room within the Region.
Organizing conventions for Team Leaders and Freelancers.
Setting and monitoring the execution of the Cycle Plan.
Maintaining positive relationships with authorities.
Managing new site openings via the Engine Room and direct management.
Ensuring compliance with statutory and legal requirements for Health and Safety.
Managing Sales Area Managers to achieve budget targets.
Qualifications and Experience:
University degree, preferably in Business Administration/Management.
A Master's degree is an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in a Leadership role or managing teams.
Experience in FMCG or Telecommunication industries is essential.
Competencies:
Management and Leadership skills
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Commercial acumen / Strategic thinking
