Mega Beverage is seeking a dedicated and experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the well-being of our employees, safeguarding our facilities, and upholding environmental compliance within our operations.
Objectives of the Role:
To safeguard employees, facilities, and the environment by managing occupational health.
To oversee process safety and fire prevention measures.
To ensure responsible chemical handling practices.
To maintain environmental compliance within Mega Beverage operations.
Minimum Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HSE within the manufacturing sector, specifically FMCG or Beverages.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
Proven skills and experience in risk assessment and hazard identification.
Experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Professional Certifications (Preferred):
NEBOSH IGC or equivalent.
ISO 45001/ISO 14001 Internal Auditor Training.
First Aid & Fire Safety Training.
