Requirements
MBA/PGDM in HR
8-12 years of HR experience
5-8 years of HR experience in a manufacturing/plant environment
Experience in paints, chemicals, or FMCG manufacturing is preferred
Strong HR operations, compliance & stakeholder management skills
Excellent MS Excel skills are mandatory
