SUMMARY
Manage recruitment, employee relations, attendance, performance management, HR records, and staff compliance while supporting management in maintaining an effective and productive workforce.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll support records
Handle employee relations and disciplinary processes
Support performance management and staff development
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
Maintain confidential HR records and reports
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
Minimum 3 years HR experience
Knowledge of labour laws and HR procedures
Strong communication and organizational skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
