Coop Bank Tanzania - We are Hiring!Ustaw ikwa WotePositionHUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER (HRBP)KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPartner with business leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.Coordinate performance management processes, including KPI setting, performance reviews, and evaluation.Identify training needs and coordinate staff training and development programmes.Manage recruitment processes, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.Provide HR advisory support on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports to support informed management decisions.Support employee engagement, talent retention, and succession planning.Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEBachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Relevant experience in HR Business Partnering or general HR management.Strong expertise in performance management, training and development, and recruitment.Good knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices.Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Professional HR certification will be an added advantage.Note: Women and persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
