Be a Part of Our Dynamic Team!Open Position: ICT SpecialistKey Responsibilities:Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure, including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, servers and hardware systems.Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.Oversee installation and maintenance of CCTV, access control, biometric and security systems.Support communication systems including radios, video conferencing and remote connectivity.Maintain ICT asset records, software licences, backups and system documentation.Ensure compliance with company ICT policies and relevant cybersecurity regulations.Train users on ICT systems and promote effective system utilization.Key Skills:Proficiency in networking, Windows Server and cloud systems.Experience with CCTV, access control and security systems.Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills.Good knowledge of cybersecurity and ICT compliance standards.Good coordination and communication skills.Strong documentation and reporting skills.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent.Registered Professional Engineer with the relevant board and a valid practising licence.Minimum 7 years' experience in ICT systems for building infrastructure projects.Proven experience on at least three (3) similar projects within the last 7 years.Working Station:Dodoma & Elsewhere in Tanzania and Eastern AfricaHow to Apply:Applications accompanied by professionally prepared CVs, copies of academic certificates along with Professional registration should be sent to:Email: recruitment@sihotech.co.tzDeadline: 18/05/2026
