POSITION: IT Expert
INDUSTRY: Construction Material Supplier
REPORTS TO: Directors
JOB LOCATION: Dar es Salaam
JOB PURPOSE
The role holder will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing hardware & software components of the organization's computers. He/She will also support these systems through remote access or site visits as needed by management.
PREFERRED EDUCATION
Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar
CERTIFICATION/LICENSE
Google Apps Certified Deployment
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE
Group Policy Configuration
SAP Knowledge
Windows Server with Active directly
Knowledge of MS Office
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Minimum 4 years of IT experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Exchange Server Troubleshooting and upgrade
Client OS Installation and troubleshooting
Router Setup/Configuration and Troubleshooting Vmware Esxi Server Configuration/ Disaster Recovery
KEY COMPETENCIES
Networking
Sophos Firewall UTM
Application publishing
Knowledge of basic English language
