Position: IT Interns (2 Posts)
Description:
Provide basic IT support to staff and users.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
Assist in maintaining computer systems and networks and support user account and system access management.
Perform routine system maintenance and data backups.
Maintain IT equipment inventory and documentation.
Assist in IT projects and system upgrades.
Adhere to IT security policies and best practices.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
Proficiency in MS Office and common operating systems.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
