Job Purpose
As the IT Specialist (ITS), you will be responsible for administering our productivity/collaboration platforms, communication system, call center system, fleet management system, and HRMIS. We are a cloud-first organization. Our stack includes Windows 11, macos, Microsoft Office 365, Sharepoint, Power Apps, MS Teams, GSuite, and OneDrive.
The position will be responsible for day-to-day IT support across the organization. You will provide necessary technical support and ongoing training to ensure staff access and know how to use the required information system resources.
Job Qualifications / Experience
5+ years of progressive work experience directly related to the specified position.
Experience administering Office 365, MS Teams, Azure Active Directory, and SharePoint environment
Experience with call/contact center systems
Demonstrate ability to work within Power Apps to automate workflows and process approvals
Help desk experience and ability to provide technical and end-user support
Strong understanding of workflow automation and contact/ call center integrations
Can confidently provide IT support and Office 365 user training across departments
Can implement Power Apps, Power Automate, and CRM apps
Good understanding of cloud and mobile technology
