Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement educational activities and lesson plans suitable for young children.
Foster a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children.
Observe and assess children’s development, providing feedback to parents and caregivers.
Supervise children during play, meals and rest periods.
Encourage socialization, cooperation and positive behavior.
Communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress and any concerns.
Maintain a clean, organized and safe classroom environment.
Support children’s emotional and social development through guidance and positive reinforcement.


Qualifications:

Secondary School Certificate or equivalent with a Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or a related field.
Patience, creativity, and strong communication skills.
Ability to plan and implement age-appropriate activities.
Observation skills to monitor children’s development and well-being.
Ability to work collaboratively with parents and colleagues.
