Oversee daily transaction reconciliation and settlements.
Manage exceptions, investigations, and escalations.
Validate partner billing and resolve disputes.
Maintain operational controls, compliance, and audit readiness.
Lead reconciliation teams and drive process improvements.
Produce operational reports and dashboards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, or related field.
5-7 years' experience in banking operations, payments, or reconciliation, with 2+ years in supervision.
Knowledge of digital lending, mobile money, settlements, and core banking systems.
Strong analytical, risk management, and leadership skills.
Advanced Excel; SQL is an added advantage.
