Majestic Luxury Suites Ltd. is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the company. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency across departments, improving internal processes, coordinating teams, and supporting the successful delivery of our luxury real estate developments.
This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the company's daily operations and ensure all departments operate efficiently.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, systems, and procedures.
Coordinate activities between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Construction, Customer Service, and Administration.
Monitor project timelines and ensure operational milestones are achieved.
Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to senior management.
Develop and manage operational budgets while monitoring expenses.
Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Improve workflow efficiency through process optimization and automation where applicable.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate departmental managers and operational staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and health and safety standards.
Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure quality service delivery.
Support the implementation of strategic business initiatives and company growth plans.
Handle operational challenges quickly and effectively while maintaining high service standards.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
A Master's degree is an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within real estate, hospitality, construction, or property development.
Demonstrated leadership and people management experience.
Strong financial and analytical skills.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Swahili is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management software.
