Physical Education & Swimming Assistant Coach
Job Location: Arusha, Tanzania

What You’ll Do
Assist in delivering engaging Physical Education (P.E.) lessons for students aged 4–13.
Support swimming lessons, squad training, stroke techniques and water safety.
Supervise students and maintain high standards of safety and behaviour.
Monitor student progress and prepare learners for sports competitions.
Accompany sports teams to fixtures and follow safeguarding procedures.
Assist with lesson planning, assessment, record-keeping and student progress reports.
What We’re Looking For
Strong swimming ability with relevant proficiency certificates.
Relevant P.E., sports coaching or teaching qualifications and/or experience.
Excellent communication, teamwork and student management skills.
A minimum of two professional referees, including one who can confirm swimming ability and experience.
Willingness to undergo police safety record checks and mandatory safeguarding training.
Experience coaching competitive swimming is an added advantage.
