Plant Engineer(Food &Beverages)We're hiring a Plant Engineer for our client in the food and beverage production business
Responsible for:
planning and carrying out maintenance programs for all plant machineries
reinforcing HSE standards and compliance thereof
monitoring, tracking, and improving productivity KPIs
preparing and implementing training programs for technical and operation teams
reviewing, developing, and improving policies and SOPs
champions new machinery installation, automation, and commissioning
preparing and presenting technical reports and proposals for management use
Key requirements
Degree mechanical, electrical, auto mechanical or related
Registered by ERB
4yrs experience working in the manufacturing sector/FMCG
Fluent in English and Kiswahili
Excellent interpersonal skills
