SIHOTECH ENGINEERING COMPANY LIMITED - We Are Hiring!Join Our Dynamic Team and Be a Part of Our Growth!Open Position: Power Systems EngineerKey Responsibilities:Lead the design, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical power systems.Manage HV/MV/LV power systems, substations, transformers, switchgear, and power distribution networks.Perform power system studies, protection coordination, and system performance analysis.Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations.Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, documentation, and quality delivery.Review and approve electrical designs, technical submissions, and commissioning reports.Provide technical leadership to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient power system operations.Key Skills:Expertise in HV/MV/LV power systems, substations, and electrical distribution networks.Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.Proficiency in power system analysis software such as ETAP or DIgSILENT PowerFactory.Sound knowledge of SCADA, protection systems, and IEC/IEEE standards.Strong understanding of testing, commissioning, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems) from a recognized university.Must be a Registered Professional Engineer with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB) and hold a valid practicing license.Minimum 10 years of experience in the design, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical power systems.Eligibility: Tanzanian Nationals Only.How to Apply:Applications accompanied by professionally prepared CVs, copies of academic certificates, along with Professional registration should be sent to:Email: recruitment@sihotech.co.tzDeadline: 06/08/2026
