PROCUREMENT OFFICERINDUSTRY: AUTOMOTIVEHR World on behalf of our reputable client, we are looking for an experienced procurement officer.
Responsibilities;

Create and maintain relationships with venders/suppliers
Estimate and establish budgets for purchases
Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
Review all venders and suppliers
Maintain purchase records and other important data
Negotiate pricing and supply contracts
Develop plans for purchasing services, and supplies
Ensure that the products and supplies meet quality standards
Work with team members to complete duties as needed
Maintain and update a list of suppliers

Qualifications;

Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement/ purchasing, Logistics or equivalent.
PSPTB registered
Minimum 4-years’ experience in managing procurement function / Knowledge of local markets, local as well as international procurement regulations
Proficient Computer skills, competence in use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Excellent planning, negotiation, and verbal and written communication skills.
