Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain PMO standards, processes, and reporting structures.
Manage and monitor digital project portfolios, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop and create project plans using Microsoft Project Professional and track KPIs through the Enterprise Project Management tool (EPM).
Drive agile methodologies across digital teams, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices.
Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and agile ceremonies as required.
Lead project meetings, conference calls, and other communications, both internal and external, including weekly update calls and high-level project management committee meetings.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Degree in Project Management, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Business, or a relative field.
Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, and ITIL Foundation.
2+ years of experience in Project Management or commercial experience.
1+ years of experience in telecoms with a strong interest in the commercial side of the business.
Azure Fundamentals or related cloud certifications are an added advantage.
Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Project and other Project Management tools (e.g., EPM).
Experience managing large-scale digital transformation programs across multiple business units.
Knowledge of cloud technologies, digital platforms, and enterprise systems.
Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD practices, and product delivery models.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, PowerBI, Jira, or Confluence.
