Sihotech Engineering Company Limited is Hiring!Join Our Dynamic Team and Be a Part of Our Growth!Open Position: Project Manager - Mechanical Building Services (HVAC & Plumbing)Follow Us on LinkedIn!Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical building services.Manage HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, water supply, drainage, and ventilation systems.Coordinate mechanical works with architectural, structural, electrical, and ICT teams.Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations.Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, documentation, and quality delivery.Review and approve mechanical designs, technical submissions, and commissioning reports.Provide technical leadership to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely project delivery.Key SkillsExpertise in mechanical building services, including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.Sound knowledge of ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, IPC, and relevant building codes.Strong understanding of testing, commissioning, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.Must be a Registered Professional Engineer with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB) and hold a valid practicing license.Minimum 10 years of experience in the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical building services for commercial or high-rise buildings.EligibilityTanzanian Nationals OnlyHow to ApplyApplications accompanied by professionally prepared CVs, copies of academic certificates, along with Professional registration should be sent to:Email: recruitment@sihotech.co.tzApplication Deadline: 06/08/2026
