The School of St Jude invites all interested members of the public to attend an auction of new and used items.

Auction Conditions:

Auction Procedure

Entry and Viewing: Participants may enter the School gate to view items and prepare for bidding only between 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM. After this period, the gate will close so the auction can begin.
Start of Auction: The auction will begin at 9:30 AM and will be conducted by the MC.

The MC will begin with the first lot and proceed through to the last lot.
For each lot, the MC will announce the starting price set by the Auction Committee.
Participants will bid openly until the winning bidder is determined.
Before moving to the next lot, a St Jude representative will record the highest and second-highest bidders as announced by the MC.


Payment and Receipts: Winning bidders must proceed directly to the Finance team after the announcement to pay, obtain a receipt, complete the handover and receive a gate pass to remove the items won.
Collection of Items: All winning bidders must collect their purchases between 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM on the same day, under the supervision of St Jude staff.



Payment Terms: Full payment (100%) must be made immediately after the winning bidder is announced.
Failure to Pay: If the winner fails to pay, the second-highest bidder will be declared the new winner.
Collection of Items: All paid items must be collected on auction day. Uncollected items will be forfeited to The School of St Jude, with no refund of payments (NO REFUNDS).
Parking: There will be no parking inside the campus. Please park outside the gate without blocking the main entrance.
School Rights: The School of St Jude reserves the right to cancel any part of the auction, or the entire auction, at any time before or during the event, without an obligation to give reasons.
