Key Responsibilities:
Achieve zero harm/incidents by identifying unsafe conditions and corrective actions.
Ensure high equipment reliability (above 98%) through regular inspections and prioritizing tasks.
Assist in job planning, maintenance preparations, and shutdowns.
Maintain electrical equipment like transformers, MCC feeders, cable jointing, and motors.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults and maintain accurate maintenance records.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: VETA certification from a reputed institution.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance in the cement industry.
Skills: Ability to lead a team and a strong focus on safety and equipment reliability.
