Senior Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking
We are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking to drive portfolio growth, manage key corporate relationships, acquire new business, maximize revenue, and ensure sound credit, risk, and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients.
Acquire new business and drive lending, deposits, and fee income.
Cross-sell banking products and identify ecosystem opportunities.
Support credit processing, monitoring, and portfolio quality.
Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and credit requirements.
Monitor risks, client performance, and reporting obligations.
Lead, coach, and manage Relationship Managers where applicable.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
MBA in Finance or Marketing preferred.
Minimum 6+ years' experience as a Relationship Manager.
Strong financial analysis, relationship management, sales, and communication skills.
Good understanding of credit, risk management, banking regulations, and market trends.
