Career Opportunity: Relationship Manager - Bancassurance, Jubilee Health Insurance, Tanzania

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive for our branches in Mbeya & Mwanza. This position reports to the Head of Retail & Branch Networks.

Role Purpose:
The Senior Sales Executive (Branch Level) is instrumental in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing relationships with existing partners, including bancassurance channels. This role involves actively promoting tailored health insurance solutions for both retail and corporate customers, executing localized sales strategies, supporting marketing initiatives, and fostering strong collaboration with branch and bank staff. A key focus is ensuring regulatory compliance and contributing to market expansion within emerging and high-potential segments.

Main Responsibilities:

Operational Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective growth strategies to penetrate emerging markets and drive client acquisition.
Identify new market opportunities and customize health insurance solutions to precisely meet client needs.
Engage prospective corporate and retail clients, presenting compelling and customized insurance proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product alignment and efficient client onboarding.
Monitor sales performance through KPIs, CRM systems, and analytics, preparing regular performance reports.
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain accurate, ethical business practices.


Key Deliverables:

Increased revenue and client acquisition within designated emerging markets.
Established strategic partnerships to facilitate market entry and drive growth.
Development of a high-performing, KPI-driven business development team.
Full regulatory compliance and adherence to data protection standards.
Strengthened collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.
Effective utilization of CRM and analytics to enhance operational efficiency and performance.
Maintenance of accurate, secure documentation for audit and compliance purposes.




Qualifications & Experience:

Academic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A postgraduate qualification is considered an advantage.
Relevant certifications in Business Development, CRM, Data Protection, or Insurance are highly desirable.
Professional membership is an added advantage.


Professional Experience:

Proven experience in business development, client management, and market expansion.
Proficiency in CRM systems, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
