HR World Limited, on behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a customer-oriented and proactive Service Advisor responsible for coordinating vehicle service activities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery throughout the customer journey.

Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and accurately assess their vehicle service and repair requirements.
Create service orders and ensure all customer concerns are clearly documented.
Explain recommended repairs, maintenance requirements, and service costs to customers.
Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Monitor vehicle repair progress and provide regular updates to customers.
Prepare and review quotations, estimates, and invoices.
Ensure all completed work meets quality standards before vehicle handover.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Promote service packages, maintenance programs, parts, and other aftersales products.
Maintain accurate customer and vehicle service records within the company systems.
Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction.
Support the achievement of departmental sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, health and safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in a Service Advisor, Customer Service, Aftersales, or Automotive Service role.
Strong understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes.
Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and service management systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
