Responsibilities
Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations
Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
Preparing details reports which management requires on time to time
Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
Oversee stock and store operations
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in relevant field is required
4+ years' of store management experience
Customer-centric with a positive attitude
