This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to strengthening our brand presence, increasing product availability, and achieving sales and market share objectives.About the Role: Trade MarketerA Trade Marketer is responsible for driving in-market execution, visibility, channel development, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives. You will act as a key link between Sales, Marketing, Distributors, and Customers to ensure the effective execution of trade marketing strategies.Key Responsibilities:Execute trade marketing activities in line with approved marketing calendars and commercial plans.Implement promotions, activations, merchandising, and visibility initiatives across assigned territories.Ensure proper execution of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and branding materials in the market.Manage export orders, forecasts, and inventory planning.Drive product visibility and brand dominance in all key outlets.Ensure proper product display, shelf share, cooler placement, and merchandising standards.Conduct regular market visits to assess brand execution and competitor activities.Ensure efficient shipment planning and delivery timelines.Work closely with the sales teams and distributors to drive commercial execution.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and sales, with a preference for FMCG experience.Proven success in sales, marketing, or trade marketing is ideal.At least 5 years of experience in a commercial (sales) role, brand management, and management experience is required.Strong understanding of brand activation, marketing execution, and trade marketing principles.Excellent engagement and influencing skills with stakeholders and people.High degree of Sales Force Automation literacy.Company Information:Mega Beverages LimitedP.
