TRANSPORT OFFICERINDUSTRY: FMCGHR World on behalf of our reputable client we are looking for a Transport officer who will be responsible for cost effect and timely handling of logistics, maintenance of the company’s’ fleet.
Duties:

Planning daily Operations by coordinating with other departments the requirements of the vehicle.
Planning of Weekly Drivers shift rooster
Daily Tracking of vehicles and submission of report.
Handling vehicle maintenance and repair for inhouse and Offsite Jobs
Submit reports in accordance with company guidelines
Assign duties to Drivers
Authorizing and monitoring fuel consumption
Maintaining and follow up of vehicle checklist
Supervising, Planning, and monitoring Company Mechanic on the tasks assigned within the workshop
Ensure minimized downtime for all the vehicles
Preventive maintenance for the fleet
Timely requestion for purchase of all spare parts

Education, Skills Experience;

A Degree in any relevant discipline
Minimum 4 Years’ Experience in the field of Transportation( managing a fleet of 100+ trucks)
MS Office Skills ( Esp., Excel, Word and PPT)
Excellent Communication Skills
