HR World Limited, on behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit Warehouse Officers responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, maintaining stock integrity, and supporting the efficient movement of parts, materials, and equipment.
Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods, parts, and materials against delivery documentation.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of inventory within the warehouse.
Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the system.
Conduct regular stock counts and support periodic inventory audits and reconciliations.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requests to prevent stock shortages.
Prepare and process material issuance, dispatches, and transfer documentation.
Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of materials and equipment.
Monitor inventory transactions and investigate stock discrepancies.
Maintain warehouse organization and ensure proper labeling of all inventory items.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and warehouse best practices.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, operations, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth material flow.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse reports.
Ensure warehouse housekeeping standards are maintained at all times.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and inventory accuracy.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics, preferably within the automotive, heavy equipment, or industrial sectors.
Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and warehouse operations.
Experience working with ERP systems and inventory management software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
Knowledge of workplace safety and warehouse best practices.
