HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, is seeking a qualified Accountant. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and supporting efficient financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and coordinating audits.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Utilize ERP and accounting software including Tally to streamline financial activities.
• Ensure timely submission of tax returns and statutory filings.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and analysis.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data and uphold ethical accounting practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification (mandatory).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficient in accounting software, ERP systems, and Tally.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
